Colin has taken the time to help me understand the benefits of LinkedIn advising on areas where my profile needed some severe attention!
He then spent the time to help me transfer contacts from my card reader database, via Excel, into a "Prospects" list within Microsoft Outlook. During this process, he helped ensure that the fields matched directly, taking the time to edit the Excel list first making the transfer into Outlook seamless.
Whilst I would have liked to be able to do this unaided, Colin's help and advice has ensured that the whole process has been completed within a couple of hours, rather than the days that it would have taken me.
