That’s great. Amongst other things, this shows that you deliver what they want.
Are they your only clients?
This may lead to complacency in what you deliver to clients, at the very least a misunderstanding of what your clients’ value in your delivery.
If you are working with your original, year one clients, and they provide a stable income with enough challenges to keep you interested, the fact that they are your only clients may not be a worry.
But if you consider that they might jump ship (after all they jumped ship to you), or their budgets may decrease this year (we live in uncertain and constantly changing times) or if the service delivery dates just don’t match with your diary, then perhaps we should talk.
