And I don’t mean just recognising a successful bottom line. I mean identifying what, within the busy sometimes complex processes and activities that make up our business, is driving our success.
Whether its a particular activity on a marketing channel or a particular single post. Or someones’ persuasive nature or account management. Or the efficiency of processes or clarity of internal communication.
